Could not be more perfect for a travel nurse! 10/10 recommend this place if you are looking to be downtown!

I rented out this property with my best friend for our first travel nurse assignment and this property could not be more perfect for us! Clean, affordable, safe, spacious and a great location close by to hospitals, beaches, downtown restaurants and more! The apartment itself is very clean and nicely furnished. It is supplied with kitchen essentials, linen, towels and appliances are up to date! While there is a heavy homeless population in East Village, we are two girls in our 20s and feel very safe living here which was a priority for us. The building is very clean and secure, and the neighbors are friendly. We are a 10 minute drive to UCSD hillcrest and a 20 min drive to UCSD La jolla. The landlord, P, is a pleasure to work with. He is reliable and always responds within minutes, he made our move to San Diego to very easy and welcoming. 10/10 recommend this place if you are looking to be downtown!

Wonderful property. Reasonably quiet, yet walking distance to many coffee shops, gyms, grocery stores, etc. downtown. One of the only 2br properties I could find with two assigned parking spaces. The condo has all the furnishings you could need and everything is in good working condition. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay here and were sad to go. Very responsive property manager, as well.
