Montpelier Serenity Studio 7 minutes to CVMC

Comfortable, Peaceful Studio with Kind Host

This studio is perfect for a traveling health professional! It has a small nice kitchen with updated appliances, a nice bathroom, comfortable seating options and large windows that give a great view of the woods. The apartments gets plenty of natural light during the day and is in a quiet, peaceful location. B cares about her renters and went out of her way to make me feel comfortable. From providing me a couple of meals, giving me flowers and allowing me to park my car in the garage on snowy nights, B is generous and a delightful host. B has a cute small dog that is very quiet. The apartment is super close to CVMC and there is always a spot to park your car. Overall, living in this apartment has been a great experience and I am lucky I found this place before it was booked!

Great location. Private fully functioning space for 1 person. Beautiful wooded backyard. Thoughtful host!

B was a wonderful host, consistently making sure all needs are taking care of and that I was comfortable, often offering great healthy homecooked meals. Shared entrance and washer/ dryer but no issues. Stairs to small downstairs with bed, lounge chair, rocking chair, and table with 2 chairs. One big closet and dresser, bathroom, and small kitchen space with small fridge, toaster oven, and hot plate. I cook most of my meals and the toaster oven/ hotplate situation worked great! B has a cute little dog but I never once heard it bark. Some storage space in garage. Parking on private street very close to condo but she also allowed me to park in the garage during the snowy months. She was very understanding and flexible with move in/ out and even willing to help! Location is great for everything in the area: very close to downtown Montpelier and the hospital not far from Barre or Waterbury. Its a great central location to all VT has to offer!
