Amazing ADU
I absolutely loved this ADU. The location was great. It's less than a 5 minute drive to two grocery stores, several restaurants, and CVS or Rite Aid. There are several beaches 10-15 minutes away. Downtown is less than 10 minutes away. It's a separate entrance from the main part of the house, and has a private front patio area. Everything was brand new and fresh. The kitchen was so great to have, and has quite a bit of storage. There are two smart TVs in the ADU, both are very nice and easy to use. The bed is a new casper mattress with casper pillows to match, all very comfortable. The bedding was soft and comfortable too. The closet had mirrored sliding doors. It was convenient to have a code to get into the door, vs having to carry a key. The landlords (R and J) were very nice and accommodating. The ADU does share a wall with the main part of the house, but I never had an issue with noise. I recommend living here 100%, and have nothing negative to say.
