May is a horrible manager

May is a horrible manager. 2 days before our move in date, she informed us that she got the date wrong, and that our unit was not available. She offered us another unit, but we would have to move again in 2 days. This was inconvenientand she did not offer compensation/assistance. The other unit (which is this unit) was the only other unit that was available but she raised the price to $3499 (while the rate for this unit is currently $2999 on furnished finder,we got overcharged). The pro about this new unit was theAC and washer/dryer, which was nice. The internet here also sucks,and we have to pay for it. It was only good in the living room. There was the bare minimum provided too, so just a warning for those who expected it to be well furnished. The beds arent that comfy either. We had an incident where there was a leak in the laundry room. May would tell us at the very last minute when people would come, sometimes not even tell us and I got an unexpected knock one time. This ruined a lot of plans for us due to this issue. Book this place for the laundry room, AC, and location. Skip this property and other properties (because she manages most of the units in this complex) if you do not want to deal with a bad management team.

Pretty decent

Decent place in quiet and safe suburb. Not much interesting close enough to walk to but a very convenient area as long as you have a car. Had a couple issues during our stay (bathroom ceiling had a leak, washing machines stopped working, no mail keys provided for over a month) but landlord and property managers were responsive, and all issues are resolved for any future tenants. The assigned parking in the back is quite tight but there's also lots of street parking available. Not a lot of soundproofing (could hear upstairs and next door neighbors talking/snoring) but nothing that was a real issue unless you are a very light sleeper.
