Cozy Beachside Living
Becca, her home, and her community were so warm and welcoming during my stay. She was so kind and considerate. She is attentive and easy to converse with. Her home was cleanly, cozy, and quiet! The area is walkable with cafes and a fun market, and the beach is just across the street! There is no where quite like Becca's!!

I had a great experience with this property from start to finish! The room was clean, fully furnished and had everything I could possibly need. The owner is the sweetest, super responsive, and made me feel at home from the first moment I moved in. Plus you can't beat being steps away from a very quiet section of the beach. Would definitely stay here again if I'm ever back in Melbourne!

The best!
This is a lovely place to stay close to the beach and all of the local hospitals. 10 minutes to Holmes Regional, 20 mins to Palm Bay Hospital, and less than 30 mins to Cape Canaveral and Viera hospitals. The house is directly across the street from the beach (you can hear the waves from your private balcony) and is clean and comfortable. The owner is so nice and helpful and she makes sure you have everything you need for your stay. Would highly recommend!!

Beachside Retreat
Hands down my favorite rental in Florida! The guest room is clean, has plenty of room, and its own private bath. The entire unit is fully furnished with everything you would need for a long stay. R (landlord) is extremely nice and helpful. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. This place is the best in the area.
