Wonderful place

Erin and David were excellent hosts. The bedroom and living/relaxing area was great. The bathroom was in the middle between the 2. The house location was in a great and safe area. You were only minutes away from Summerville with shopping and eating. Charleston was about 35-45 minutes away depending on traffic. I would definitely stay here again if I were to come back. Thanks guys.

Great Space and Great People

This is a very relaxing space and afforded me everything I needed and then some. E and D are incredibly kind people, who always made sure I was comfortable and I had what I needed. If I go back to Charleston, I will definitely be staying with them again.

HIGHLY RECCOMEND-Quiet, Hospitable, & Comfortable

I can not say how grateful that my first experience with my first furnished finding rental has been nothing short of a great experience. It is located in a nice, quiet, and safe neighborhood within a few minutes from town. Great for walkers, and joggers. Communication between the landlords was super quick and easy. E, her husband, and F (their dog) are great!! They were very hospitable and accommodating. For instance, I recall that the room did not have a clothing iron and board so I asked to borrow theirs. They allowed me to use and within a few days, they bought one for me to borrow. My contract ended shortly due to the hospital. I explained the situation to E and her husband and they were very understanding towards my situation and made accommodations to help my situation. I can not thank them enough!! As for the rooms themselves, they are exactly as pictured. The place is very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Lovely private living room, bathroom, and bedroom.
