Cozy and stress-free stay with thoughtful hosts

I had a truly wonderful experience during my stay at this furnished rental apartment. The hosts were consistently accommodating, attentive, and responsive which made for a smooth experience. The unit itself was well maintained, and both the apartment and the surrounding neighborhood were quiet and peaceful, which is ideal for either short or long-term stay. Everything you'll need is only a few minutes drive. I encountered no issues and felt very much at home for the past 7 months. I would gladly recommend this rental to anyone seeking a comfortable and well-managed place to stay.

Dont miss out on a great place!! Ive had the pleasure to stay at this property for a year while I attended graduate school. Sarah and Alejandro go above and beyond to make you feel warm and welcomed. The property is situated in a peaceful and safe neighborhood. I felt safe enough to go for a walk through the neighborhood at night and early mornings. I also loved that I had my own designated parking spot in front of the home. Whats also great is the convenience of having grocery stores, gyms, library, DMV, post office etc. within short distances. I can could go on and on! I highly recommend this property!! 10/10!

Great place &people

Nice cozy clean apartment. Nice a/c and washer dryer in unit a huge plus! Just what I needed. Great people. I felt like I made a friend. <3

Great Location!

Great location close to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, etc. Apartment is attached to the family's home, so you will hear some noise while they go about their lives, but nothing to bothersome. A white noise machine is provided in bedroom if needed. All the needed appliances (stove with oven, full fridge with freezer, washer/dryer, etc.), linens, and entertainment (TV, internet, etc.) are provided and function properly! Lovely family that are available as little or more frequent as you want. I actually worked in Folsom, but the commute was like 15-20 minutes. Plenty of activities to enjoy in the surrounding area. 10/10 would recommend!
