Quieter neighborhood, all the vibrancy of Venice within 5-10 minutes; walk to Canals, Abbott Kinney, Venice Beach. Access to a small courtyard , but I consider the Beach to be the best yard, a 7 min walk through the Venice Canals. Absolutely no events or gatherings- no one except the 1or2 people on contract are allowed.
