Convenient location and comfortable place

This is a really convenient and comfortable apartment for a several month stay. The kitchen has all the essentials, the furniture is actually comfortable stuff, and there are a lot of thoughtful quality-of-life things in the apartment (like command hooks to hang a wash cloth in the shower and a fatigue mat in the kitchen). It's less than ten minutes from literally anything you'd want to do in Lewiston or Auburn. It's right next to some train tracks but the tracks go through an underpass so the sound never woke me up. The landlord is very responsive and fair with pricing. You have to clean it before you leave but all there is a vacuum, a Swiffer, sponges, etc, so it's easy to do. The washer and dryer do a good job cleaning and drying clothes.
