Beautiful unit

This unit exceeded my expectations. We stayed at the property around the corner. Sonia was extremely accommodating to our dates which is why we stayed at her other unit. Unit is extremely clean, well kept and nicely furnished and spacious. We enjoyed the area and the running trails behind. We have a dog and loved that it was a fenced yard . Lovely neighborhood looking forward to coming back again.

Worst Furnished Finder in five years.

This isn't the advertised location, complete wrong pictures. Never even mentions that. The patio is disgusting with around 7 birds nests, along with it never being cleaned at all. Tacks on a surprise 200$\month right as you're signing the lease for subpar "cleaning". The most minimalist kitchen supplies. You'll never be at the right temperature because she leaves the thermostat on auto (whatever the temp is outside). And the final cherry was her trying to take another surprise 200$ from the deposit return. Like I think you weaseled enough out of me. Needs to be banned from FurnishedFinder. Also the other review saying this isn't the property advertised, is also not here anymore.

Beautiful Rental

We did not stay at this property but stayed at a property around the corner. Outstanding basement property in a new build home. Furnished very nicely and we were more than comfortable in this large and up to date unit. Place is in a safe and quiet neighborhood and close to many restaurants and 25 mins from downtown . Sonia is a great host and very accommodating. She is very quick to answer any questions you might have about the home or the area. The home has VERY fast internet and a nice tv in the unit . You wont regret staying here. The place is the best rental we have stayed at in a long time . If we are back in the area , we wouldnt hesitate to stay here again.

Fantastic Experience!

This is such a great rental! Not only is it very stylishly decorated and conveniently located, but the owner is very kind and accommodating. She even decorates the rental for the holidays, which is so nice when you are away from home. The neighborhood is very cute and safe. I walked my dogs through the neighborhood almost everyday. There are also nice wooded trails within walking distance from the property. The grocery store is conveniently down the road, and there are some really good restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend this rental!
