I've had a great experience renting from Hank. He's always been professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Any time I had a question or a minor issue, Hank addresses it quickly. The property has been well-maintained, and it's clear he takes pride in keeping it in good condition for his tenant. Overall, Hank has been a reliable and considerate landlord.

A very comfortable and clean house

A very cozy, comfortable, spacious house, the garden is very well maintained and has a super comfortable patio! I recommend Mr. Hank, he is very helpful.

Great house and location

Hank is a great Host. He is a retired RN, has an immaculate lawn and landscaping around the house, friendly, conversational and a walking wealth of wisdom and practical living. His house is clean and organized. You will enjoy the safe, clean and well kept neighborhood in Port Orange, FL. I am retired and enjoy volunteering in the community and staying in Hanks house.

Amazing room and location with superb landlord!!!

The location and neighborhood is very nice, secure and upkept! Right next to Publix Supermarket. The home is very nice and clean. My room is very spacious, clean, and everything one might need. The bathroom is very clean, spacious, and all you could need. The host is top notch and a heck of a guy! I would highly reccommend this property to anyone!

Very nice place

I came here all the way from the middle east and I stayed at Mr. Hs place and let me tell you this place was great! It was comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet and the place was always clean. Towels and clean sheets were provided as well as access to the kitchen, washer, dryer and other utilities. Many shopping places, gas stations, hospitals and the beach were close by as well. Mr. H was very kind and considerate, he always made sure I was comfortable and had every thing I needed. I recommend this place to anyone staying at Port Orange.

Great Experience

Everything about my stay at this location was excellent. Couldn't have asked for a better spot. The management is very accommodating and welcoming. It's also a quiet location and close to several attractions. Grocery stores, gas stations, and the hospitals are less then 15 minutes away.

Great place stay

Mr H place is comfortable, quiet and peaceful. Very nice neighborhood only 11 min. from the beach. Mr H is very helpful, always working outside making sure his garden and lawn look good. Towels are provided and even washed by the owner. Access to the kitchen is very convenient and is always neat. Sometimes he give snacks to his guests.

Clean, quiet, friendly, accommodating, private. The landlord is fair and helpful. The environment is laid back in a beautiful home in a nice neighborhood. Would recommend to anyone looking to rent a furnished room.

Great Place

As a pickleball referee I was searching for a location proximate to my interest. I had the larger bedroom that had private bath, frig, freezer and microwave. Access is also provided to the kitchen refrigerator. The owner is a extremely nice guy who will meet your needs if reasonable. The grounds are immaculately landscaped and the house is neat and clean. Towels and sheets are provided as well as laundry supplies and access to the washer and dryer. Having been here 2 months I have never seen a bug in the house. As an added benefit the owner also supplies cookies and other treats. The house is 10 miles from the beach and pickleball courts. Off street parking is available and Publix is within walking distance.

Great Place!

The homeowner H was very kind and caring. The house was very clean as advertised. It was quiet and peaceful. As a foreigner, the house was very accommodating and H went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable staying at the house. It was a great place to stay and will stay again if the opportunity arises!

What an amazing place to stay!!!!

Ive had a great experience staying at Hanks place. Its in a fabulous community, and a place of peace and quiet. This property is sparkling clean, well maintained and with all essentials in order. I definitely recommend this property to anyone whose planning a trip to Daytona Beach/Port Orange Florida, or need a place to stay that feels like home.

A safe neighborhood

Clean house with a quiet but busy homeowner always willing to provide information directions even some shopping trips the photos are real representation of the property and a local shopping center is nearby to satisfy my needs highly recommended.

A Wonderful Place to Stay

The place is exactly as pictured and described. The house sits in a quiet neighborhood just 6 minutes from the facility I worked at. H, the owner, intentionally works around his tenants schedule including cutting grass so as to not interrupt their sleep schedule. Highly recommended and will most definitely stay again in the future if another contract presents itself
