3 Bedroom Apartment (1700 ft sq) Downtown Fargo

Absolutely PERFECT!!!

This place is absolutely perfect! The apartment is quite upscale and the location could not be better. It's located near many shops and restaurants. I was able to walk to many places nearby. I always felt safe there. The main entry is very secure and absolutely no bugs or rodents exist there. The place is well-furnished and literally has everything you need already there, just bring yourself! The owner is very quick to respond and a very pleasant person. I've stayed in more than one of this owner's properties and I can attest that all of his properties are outstanding! I'd recommend this place 100%, and I'd stay there again in a heartbeat!

Nice, clean, walking distance to great downtown experience and awesome management

This was a super clean, quiet spot with good neighbors and outside space, right in the heart of downtown. Clean downtown at that. Lots of great restaurants and shops within walking distance. I would stay here again

I stayed at dmitri place. The apartment is very spacious and clean. Dmitri was always available if I needed anything however I had 0 issues. Apartment is very quiet. Great location right in downtown. Would stay at again.

Amazing place

This is a very nice and quiet basement apartment. Has all the bells and whistles. Right in downtown and you can walk to everything. The owner is super nice and very easy to deal with. Neighbors are nice. Everything worked as promised. I would rent again if needed.

Spectacular Rental

This apartment was a corner unit with large windows and panoramic views of old Fargo. The unit is like the old warehouse district in some cities. Wooden floors, great A/C, large bedrooms, very clean. Fargo is actually very safe. We did many nighttime dog walks. There's a huge park nearby. The old 18th century mansions are down the street. Landlord is super nice, low key. The unit has quality appliances. It's two blocks from Broadway restaurant/bar district. Would recommend without reservation. Plus the rental rates are super reasonable. He's not in it for the $$ as much as building a great reputation formed from offering a great experience.

Great Spot Downtown

This is a quiet spot downtown. Safe, near all downtown activities. The apartment is nicely furnished with a great TV system. Washer Dryer, Dishwasher nice. I would rent here again.

Very quiet, walking distance to every thing downtown and 10 minute drive from Sanford! Great price as well!

Great Downtown Fargo Mailbox

Friendly management. Nice and clean apartment. Good furnishings. Has everything a traveler could need to live comfortably in Fargo. Less than 10 minutes walk to anything in downtown Fargo, including coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping.

Great home for a short stay

The property was very clean on arrival and everything was in good condition. Its walkable distance to a lot of shops and restaurants and easy driving distance to the sanford hospitals.

Downtown Apartment

Stayed here for 2 months. It was safe and quiet. It has everything you need. Washer and dryer. Also comes with cookware. Nice location right downtown near great restaurants. Would definitely book again.

This was a great property and D was very accommodating with service requests. The pool table was a great addition too. Great location within easy walking distance of downtown Fargo.

Very Large Clean Place

Nice quite Interior. Lots of space, huge living room with a large tv with every possible channel. Stayed with my wife and 2 young children. They loved walking to broadway square and playing with the splash pad. Located conveniently by an icecream shop, plus many restaurants and unique bars. Lots of families walking around so it felt safe, especially with the cops always patrolling, just in case. Great place to stay, Definitely recommend.

Nice area - Close to downtown!

Great apartment with all the things you need such as washer & dryer, dishwasher, etc. Furnished nicely & close to downtown lots of resturants and things to do! Close to the hospitals as well and safe area.

My 13 week stay

The location was Perfect. Property manager quick to repair or replace anything we needed. The building is secured and has a convenient keyless Entry. Full working kitchen and washer and dryer amenities. Overall great stay and experience.

Home away from home

Apartment was very roomy and up to date. It was in a quiet area but close to all necessities! Highly recommend and would stay again.

At my stay in this property, it is a fully furnished unit, all of the furniture is nice and comfortable, views of downtown are great, really nice area, lots of room, being on the top floor without many other tenants its very quiet during winter sidewalks were plowed, shoveled and parking lot plowed

Would absolutely recommend

This apartment had everything I needed for my 6 month stay in Fargo! The couch was very comfortable, it had all furniture, cooking utensils and comforts I needed in a home away from home. It was in a great location near downtown and I would definitely recommend staying here to a friend!

Awesome Unit

Love this unit. Very cozy unit inside of a quiet building. Everything you need is already inside the unit and the Landlord is the nicest and most responsive guy there is. He gave me my space but always handled things quickly. This apt is super warm in the winter and the parking lots are always plowed before the sun is up. Fast internet too. 5 star experience.

Perfect

Landlord is amazing to work with. Will make the lease go until your contract is done! Perfect location near downtown and every hospital in Fargo is ten minutes or less. Furnished nicely and very comfortable. I would definitely stay here in the future if I return for another contract
