Cozy studio in the woods- perfect for our stay in Charlottesville

y husband and I stayed at the apartment for about a month and a half. We enjoyed the location, the decorations, and the natural light in the apartment. It is hard to find reasonably priced rentals that feels like home, but this place is great and so is L! The extra storage in the crawl space behind the bed is a huge plus since we had many boxes that we needed to store. L is also graciously shares her backyard and garden, she has many herbs growing (along with lemons and kiwis!) that she allowed us to use! Definitely would recommend!

Perfect!

I lived here for 6 months and had the best experience. The place is close enough to downtown Charlottesville while still feeling quiet and peaceful. It gets so much natural light which I loved as well. The full size kitchen is just right, and there is even in-unit laundry which was incredible. L is so easy to rent from and felt more like a friend to me by the end of my stay. Theres plenty of storage and closet space and the bed is super comfortable. I enjoyed staying here so much and would recommend it to anyone!

So Cozy

The W House is so utterly cozy and comfortable it makes coming back from working long nights a joy. The beautiful, natural setting gives the feeling of being in the woods while still only a short drive away from all downtown Charlottesville has to offer. The owners are friendly, accommodating and respectful of privacy. I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay and have been happy to have this place to call home, even for a short while.

Perfect everything

Absolutely perfect everything about this home! Perfect location, everything you need in the house, and kind, accommodating landlords. The location is probably the best part bc it gets you out of the downtown while still only being a $10 Uber away from everything you want to do. If the need ever again rose, I would definitely look to stay here. It has everything you could possibly need or want.
