My girlfriend and I stayed here for about 3 months and it was wonderful!! I was a little worried about it being a duplex, but the neighbors are quiet and an absolute delight and invited us over for dinner a few times. The place was wonderfully clean, and ACTUALLY had everything we needed for cooking which is a rarity with rentals. The patio space was very relaxing as well, and the grill was a huge plus. Theres also a lovey mango tree in the backyard as well! V was a great landlord, incredibly responsive, and was quick to address questions we had. Our dog also LOVED the fenced in yard and the neighbors chihuahua was so sweet with our dog. The only downside to this place was not being able to stay longer! We would highly recommend this stay to anyone in the Miami area.
I stayed at this property for 3 months with my classmate to finish a medical school rotation. We were both very pleased, there were never any issues. The backyard is beautiful. Only con is it is pricey but I think that has to do with the current housing market. The apartment is furnished and has basically everything you need for daily living, including a washer and dryer. Good option if you split it between 2 people. There are 3 beds though. We had a great time! Neighborhood seems safe, we never had any issues. And it's 10 minutes from the beach!
