Great location!

Had a wonderful stay during my contract! The location was great in that it was close to the hospital and I felt safe coming back from work even though I got off in the middle of the night. It was quiet and clean and Angelica was always available to address any questions. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect for your Oakland stay!

Angelica and her family have been some of the best people I've ever rented from! Very responsive with messages and phone calls and were always helpful in making my stay as comfortable as possible. Her downstairs unit is perfect for a single traveler and a huuuuge bathroom with the best shower/bath for after a long shift at the hospital. The backyard has a full porch, basketball court, and a great view of Oakland and the San Francisco skyline! Parking was always easy to find and, as a single woman, I still felt comfortable walking the neighborhood alone or with my dog. I stayed here for a full year and have experienced all the season. If you're cold in the winter, Angelica has provided a space heater and extra blankets. I you're hot in the summer, the shades and breeze from the windows to the sliding glass door are enough to keep you cool for the night and day. If I had the option to stay in the area I definitely would have extended my stay even longer!

Amazing property & amazing landlord!

If you're going to be working in the bay area I highly recommend staying with A! A is very easy to work with and will help you in any way possible. The studio is very cozy and the bathroom is amazing. The bedroom is the perfect size with a sliding glass door to enjoy the natural light coming into your bedroom. You get an amazing view from the sliding glass door that opens up to the wood deck. Lights wrap around the deck so during the night time you can sit outside with them on enjoying the fresh air. The kitchen in the studio is perfect! The full size fridge and the gas range makes it super convenient if you do food prep. Words cannot describe the beautiful walk in bathroom with a huge tub to soak in. The house is fenced all the way around, if you're bringing your pet you do not have to worry them trying to escape. Easy access to 580 and 880 makes getting around easy. I recommend getting out and checking out the hiking trails around the bay area during your stay! ~C S
