Private Bed and Bath in a Condo

The landlord was a very friendly person. I sent out many inquiries about renting a house, but very few people replied. However, the landlord replied very quickly. Then we discussed the details of the house through email. There were some differences due to cultural differences, but we eventually reached an agreement. The landlord was a great nice person. The house was very clean, and the kitchen was very tidy. After the stay, the landlord returned the deposit very quickly. In short, choosing this house is sure to be the right decision.

This cute tiny place is walking distance to Phoenix Childrens and 5 mins to Banner University. SO close to downtown and Sky Harbor airport. The condo has washer-dryer in unit and private bathrooms for each tenant. R is a very kind and responsive landlord, and it's clear that he thought thoroughly about the everyday essentials for tenants when designing this place. The condo has 1 designated parking spot and there are 6 undesignated spots in the complex, also there's plenty of street parking. If youre looking for a place close to downtown for a reasonable price Id totally recommend R's condo.

R is an excellent landlord and host. He is professional and responsive. This furnished finder is ideal and definitely a traveler's delight. The commute to the surrounding hospitals (Banner University and Phoenix Children's) is convenient. It's a great place to stay while you're away from home. I would highly recommend it.

I've had a great experience living in this condo for a year. R is a great host. He is always quick to respond to any needs and concerns. The bedroom has a comfy queen sized bed, tons of closet space, and a dresser to put away your things neatly. You also get your own private bathroom, which is always a plus. The living and kitchen areas are shared spaces with another roommate & honestly I never had any issue with it. My roommate was awesome. Kitchen has all the essentials to make nice meals. Washer and dryer are also in the unit that is always very convenient. This property is in a great location. It is super close to downtown Phoenix where you can find tons of fun things to do. It is only a walking distance to Phoenix children's Hospital and 5 mins drive to Banner Hospital. If you are looking for a place that is reasonably priced and has all the amenities and don't mind having shared spaces with another roommate, this is a perfect place for you. I highly recommend it.

This property was a phenomenal place to stay during my time in Phoenix! The condo is clean with modern appliances and all the essentials. The bedroom and bathroom are spacious, providing plenty of privacy if desired. The owner was quick to respond and great to work with. I never felt unsafe in the area, and all the neighbors were very friendly. The location is great- there are multiple bus stops nearby and I walked to restaurants on multiple occasions. Downtown and other attractions are just a quick drive away. I would absolutely recommend the rental and would stay again!
