Great location and chill roommates
I stayed for almost a year and would still be there if I didnt buy a house. The roommate me are VERY chill and adult. Everyone cleans up after themselves and stays in their rooms for the most part. Its a perfect place for a quiet adult who just wants a quiet space to rest. Parking isnt an issue and the entire house is clean. I highly recommend it!

A Travelers Paradise
This property is a traveling healthcare professionals dream. The upstairs master bedroom is well appointed with a very comfortable queen size bed, 32-inch TV, and plenty of space for any extras if necessary. Not only do you have a full size 3-piece bathroom with a large walk-in closet, but there is a very comfortable chair and desk for both working and watching TV when desired. Downstairs there is a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals, and a nice size living room for hanging out with friends if needed. If you're staying in the master suite, a parking space is provided in the driveway. There is also plenty of storage space available in the garage if you need somewhere to keep your bike or a set of golf clubs. The location is literally within a couple of minutes of interstate 101, so you can be anywhere you want to be in Santa Rosa within 10 to 15 minutes tops. You cannot beat everything this rental has to offer for the price.

HARD TO BEAT
Clean, quiet, comfortable, friendly, and conveniently located to restaurants and freeways. Master bedroom means you'll have your own bathroom AND parking space in driveway, all in a nice part of town. Team L very friendly and helpful. ALSO,,, Affordable

Clean and quiet
The landlord is awesome and has thought of everything you might need. This is a furnished room but you are really sharing a whole house with housemates that are great. Appreciated the washer and dryer and the kitchen. The neighborhood and house are safe and the grocery store is only 1 mile away. I didn't have a car but was able to get around easily by bike and had alot of things like groceries delivered.
