This cozy casa is the perfect place to stay! The location is amazing for those working at any of the hospitals in town! Its near tons of amazing restaurants with easy access to downtown Albuquerque. The house itself is stylishly decorated and thoughtfully laid out with a personal work area for those who work remotely. The owners are so sweet and eager to make the stay as comfortable as possible! Easy communication and just a great over all place to stay! 10/10 would recommend!

I had an amazing experience renting from Savannah. The process was smooth start to finish. The property was exactly as described - clean, well maintained, and in good location. Communication with Savannah and Jake was quick and easy, always available to answer any questions and once my husband locked himself out they were able to get over to the house immediately to let him in. I highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a hassle-free, enjoyable stay. Will definitely book again!

Awesome Option

This was such a great find for me during my assignment in ABQ! It's a great space and it's so close to so many of the hospitals. One of the best parts was that the owners are are incredibly sweet and I felt I was in good hands should I have had any issues during my time in ABQ - which I didn't! During the warmer months, I would think the back patio space would be great to have for eating or hosting outdoors. Please note that this property does not have a dishwasher (not a big deal for me, but know it might be for others). If you are traveling with a partner working from home, this space was great because it has a couple of desks that could be workspaces.

Absolutely a great place to stay

This property was amazing. The owners made it feel super comfy and homey with the decor. The bed is super comfy. Great closet space. Bathroom gets tons of light. Be careful getting in the tub. The open design of the living, dining room and kitchen made the house feel huge. Plenty of space to move around. Having a yard was great for my dog. He had somewhere to chill when it was too hot to go walking. Also loved having a washer and dryer on site. Washer can get a little loud during the spin cycle. The home is in a great location, close to nearby hospitals, parks, restaurants, grocery stores and freeway access. The neighborhood is quiet and very walkable. My dog and I walked around every morning, exploring the area. I'd definitely stay here again. If you're looking for a great location and great value, then this is the place. Be prepared to clean up a few dead bugs as this is New Mexico, but just shows that the pest control works superb. Thank you S and J!!

I had the pleasure of staying at this home when I extended my work contract by 8 weeks. My only regret was not having found this place sooner. The home itself is perfect for 1-2 people. The space is stylish and well utilized and the clawfoot tub is a bonus. The area felt safe, and I had no issues walking solo to nearby restaurants. The owner is easy to work with. Overall, I had a wonderful experience renting this home.

Home Away from Home :)

I loved staying at this little house during my assignment! It is centrally located and close to many coffee shops and breweries. Its also a short distance to most of the hospitals. The landlords were very responsive and welcoming. Truly some of the best Ive had! Would definitely recommend!

I was obsessed with this place!!

I am a travel nurse and stayed here for a 13-week assignment. This is perfect for a travel nurse, its extremely well equipped and extremely close to the major hospitals. It took me only 5 minutes to drive to work and if I wanted to stop for coffee, there are many options on the way. It is beautiful and extremely clean.The neighbors that I met were super friendly and my dog and I would take walks in the middle of the night and feel safe. There is a nice backyard for your pup or just to relax out there. I cannot express my gratitude enough for the responsiveness and kindness that the landlords provided. They are just a text away! I am honestly going to miss this place because it has been so perfect!

Fantastic stay for vacation

My best friend and I went on a little vacation to Albuquerque before we both went to new jobs. We found this place and decided to give it a go. It was possibly the best decision we made while in Albuquerque. The house was cozy and inviting, and had a fantastically decorated living area with a sizable and homey bedroom. It had a very comfy, and a very comfortable bathroom. Its not far from anything, and made the drive to pretty much anywhere in town, easy and quick. You will not find a cozier, and more convenient vacation stay anywhere in Albuquerque!

Cute and Classy

This house is so well done! It was perfect for what we needed and in a great central location. It has a lot of charm and all the little cool amenities made it extra special. I will definitely be back!

Super Charming!

This charming Casita is clean and comfortable. It has all the necessities you need, and extra details you didn't even know you needed. It's close to the airport and Isotopes stadium. Downtown with great local fare and coffee shops are only minutes away. The hosts are friendly and very responsive. My favorite part was putting on an old vinyl on the record player while relaxing in the spacious claw foot tub! Will definitely be staying here again.
