Wonderful, peaceful, beautiful home

Tucked away in the hills of Charlottesville, this home has everything a beautiful, spacious, clean living room, a stocked kitchen with everything you need, and comfortable bedrooms. Not to mention, the landlord is a wonderful, kind, and generous person. It is also within 10 minutes of pretty much everything grocery stores, a lovely park (Pen Park), restaurants, schools, churches, and more. The neighborhood is also very safe and quiet. The driveway and street parking can fit 2 cars comfortably. There is also a secret little wilderness walkway in the neighborhood, it's lovely. If you're a student, this house is within 10-15 min of the main campus. All in all, you really can't go wrong with this house it's simply perfect.

Cute + Cozy

The house itself is 5 stars. Clean, cute, cozy and welcoming. It has a kitchen with eat in dining, a living room with a tv (the only tv though), dining room with a big table for friends or games, a master bedroom with a king bed, a bedroom with a queen bed, and a third bedroom with 2 twin beds. Washer and dryer included as well! The neighborhood/parking would be 3 stars. Neighborhood is cute however lots of on street parking. We would come home from work and constantly have someone elses car parked in front of our house preventing us from using the space. However, next door neighbor was super nice and helped us with parking. We would definitely stay again and super sad to have to leave!
