Deplorable

Mold/mildew in Bathroom had to scrub shower, change shower curtain and buy new shower caddy, earwigs and ant infestation, nasty Oven, semi clean fridge, couch smelled. Carpet in pic is not the same the one there is stained, old stroller, BBQ grill, exercise bench outside. 1 dingy hand towel to serve as a bath towel. Itched 4 two months straight, wasn't sleeping or eating well finally decided to do an extended stay within two days no longer itching and finally having a decent sleep. Would not recommend this to anyone even if they lowered the rate.

Perfect for travel healthcare!

I had a really great stay here while I was transitioning between rentals. The place had everything I needed all the essentials, plenty of fresh linens, plenty of pots pans and utensils, a pullout mattress, and a Roku TV which was a nice bonus!! As a woman traveling alone, safety is very important to me, and I felt completely secure the entire time. The neighborhood is quiet with little traffic, and I had no issues parking my car right out front. I also loved the back patio overlooking the backyard. Overall, this was a comfortable, safe, and convenient place to stay, and Id definitely recommend it!!

YOU WANT TO STAY HERE!!!!

I had the pleasure to stay here for 2 months.. Kristen and Britt are amazing hosts! The house is in a great location, and just the right size. Super comfy bed, large kitchen and fridge...Very quiet, and I felt super safe. There was only 1 issue, which they handled swiftly! They are very responsive with any questions or needs. Oh, and they are super friendly!! If my contract was longer, I would have definitely stayed with them!

Perfect!

I stayed at K and B's place for around 10 weeks! It was awesome! The space has everything you need, nice bathroom, good kitchen, big fridge, coffee maker, microwave, pots + pans. The bed is also huge and has a nice TV! You've got a gym 2 min away, a sams club only 6 min away, and a local grocery store right around the corner. I highly recommend staying at this place... it was perfect :). K and B, thank you for being such good hosts!

Awesome!

I am a travel Rad Tech and I stayed here for 6 months. This guesthouse was everything I could've asked for. Its in a beautiful neighborhood in which I never felt unsafe while out for a run. Location-wise, Walmart is 1 minute down the road, Asian districts a mile away, major highways are within 5 minutes, and best of all, a breakfast place across the street with some damn good breakfast burritos. The property itself is great. Plenty of space for my needs. The AC worked great and kept me cool throughout the 100+ Summer, the kitchen had everything I needed to cook almost anything I wanted to, the bathroom had a seemingly unlimited amount of hot water, and the bedroom had a TV. The landlords are friendly and never more than a text away. I only had one issue while I was there and they handled it quickly. Overall, this is a great place to stay for any length of contract and I would not hesitate to stay here if I am ever in the area again. 10/10
