Quiet, Safe, Clean

I had the pleasure of renting in one of Howard's rooms for 5 months during my work contract in Sacramento. As this was my first time renting in years I can say this was everything I expected in a solid place. Howard is very good on communication from the start to end of renting and very professional. Will definitely be renting again from Howard if my job contracts place me Sacramento again. I would give him more than 5 stars if the option were available!

Excellent Spot to Settle in

I had the pleasure of spending a little over 6 months with Howard here, and it was excellently clean and welcoming. Howard is an incredible host who will engage with you as much or as little as you like and be respectful of your privacy and your time. If I ever end up back in Sacramento, this will be the first place I look.

Property

I had a great experience staying at this property, it is for sure a clean an quiet environment, the owner actually is very kind, he always make sure that I am comfortable, most of the time I dont even know whether he is home or not, because he keeps it low most of the time. I would definitely encourage and refer anyone to him.

Safe, Quiet, Clean & Cozy

The property owner reached out to me via text, I liked what I saw in the pics and requested for a FaceTime tour, which the owner gladly accommodated. The property is conveniently located near the airport, once I got my rental car, it was very easy to navigate and find the property. Upon entering, I immediately noticed the cleanliness and was very pleased that my room and the rest of the property looks just like the pics in the listing. I like their no shoes in the house policy. The owners were very friendly, respectful, and helpful. The environment/neighborhood is very safe and peaceful. The room is very cozy with all the essentials, such as 2 sets of 3-piece bathroom towels, hamper, mini fridge, TV w/ Amazon Fire Stick, desk, chair, comfy memory foam queen bed, trash bin, dresser, clothing hangers, closet, and mirror. Overall, everything was as advertised in the listing, I had a pleasant stay and would stay here again for future assignments.
