GORGEOUS sunrise & sunset views daily!

R is available and attentive to all needs. She was a great communicator and has a lovely property. I was incredibly pleased with this beautiful lake and views of the Sierras and Pine Nut Mountains . Huge kitchen, comfortable beds, amazing views! So private, yet great location for Carson, Minden, Gardnerville, and Tahoe. Thanks, R, can't wait to visit again.

Lake House

Nice house with amazing amenities, wonderful views, and great location. Living here was a fantastic adventure, the home has a great downstairs living area with a big kitchen and bbq for those who like to cook. The jacuzzi was always amazing to relax and unwind in. Taking the paddle boards out was a constant activity. If you like to exercise you can run laps around the property. Individual rooms were great giving you your own space for privacy. Parking was easy, even has a gate to keep your mind at ease. The view from the deck looking at the lake and mountains was stunning.

Nicest place Ive ever lived

The lake house has the most beautiful view of the sierra nevada that you can easily enjoy from your bedroom! I really enjoyed sharing the house with like minded people that were also traveling for nursing or firefighting. The space had everything that I needed and was close to south lake tahoe and reno. My favorite part was the hottub; there is nothing better than getting off of a 8 day hitch and then soaking in the view from the hottub with your a cold drink!

Great stay!

Sierra Springs is a great property with everything that you will want for a part-time residence. The views are beautiful, available stand-up paddle boards and kayaks as well as a BBQ and spa are a nice addition. Very nice kitchen, living room and comfortable room make for a great stay. I will definitely stay here again if presented the opportunity to work in the Minden/Tahoe area again.

Best front range living along the Sierra Nevadas

Peace and quiet country house combined with a private lake to enjoy a nice paddle board stroll ( they provide paddle boards to use). The dual kitchen is a food network nerd dream so cook to your hearts content. Communication with the landlord was always fast and very attentive to address any issues in the house. Also the largeness of the place never felt like at any point it was crowded when the spaces were being used. Best part about this place were the stars every night and the 30min drive to heavenly ski resort to catch first and last chair .

Beautiful place

A wonderful place to stay, spacious rooms, has plenty of utilities for your day to day life. They have a beautiful scenery which youd definitely enjoy waking up to.

Wildflower

Excellent place to stay, quiet, spacious, plenty of parking, the best sunrises & views. I stayed for six months and would definitely stay here again. The owners are very responsive to any needs or concerns you have. Having the hot tub on the porch was great as well!
