There is off street parking for your car, and it's a 20-minute walk to downtown, The house is close to bus line, and 3 grocery stores are ~1 mile away. Washer and dryer are in the unit, and kitchen contains most essentials.

Approximately 500 ft2 with loft bedroom and double bed, rear deck (with view of oak stump courtesy of Helene.) Wonderful walking neighborhood. Perfect for 1, tight for 2. Fold-out bed for an overnight guest. Prefer 3 month minimum stay.

Located in historic Montford, home to 600+ houses from the early 20th century. Easily walkable to downtown, a longer walk or short bike ride will take you to Mission Hospital, UNCA and the North Asheville Tailgate Market. There are several parks, a greenway, and an amphitheater in the neighborhood.

home away from home!
Absolutely, THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! SB and M are the friendliest, kind, and helpful landlords I could have had. And Reggie the cat is still my main man :) I had really wished I could have stayed longer, I will definitely be visiting them again in Montford!!! The house is cozy, well furnished, clean and is in the best location. When SB found out that I would be working nights she made me blockout shades <3 Fresh eggs, veggies in abundance also. I made a friend when I stayed there.
