Daniella's Suite

Daniella's Suite is gorgeous! Beautiful floors, new appliances as well as comfy furniture. Located 5 minute walk to Elm St and bunches of restaurants, breweries and many other fun places to visit. Quick access to anywhere you need to go as it is in the downtown area w/ easy drive to all the interstates. Daniella is an awesome host who responds quickly and is non-intrusive. We would stay w/ her again.

Great Place

The Suite is a great place in the heart of downtown and close to almost everything you need. Restaurants are walking distance, short drive to Walmart, Whole Foods, Target, and many other stores for your grocery needs. Was less than a 10 minute drive to Moses Cone, where I worked. Daniella is very accommodating. She tended to any issues I had right away, which weren't very many. Great price for the location and space as well. The noise machines and black out curtains were a great addition since I worked night shift and slept during the day. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay here. Its in a nice location. quiet despite being so close to downtown. It felt safe, and she makes up a proper lease which gives a lot of peace of mind. Shes very responsive to texts whenever you need her. Stayed for 6 months, and definitely would go back if in the area again !

Great space and location!

The studio is so cute and has everything you need and it is super convenient to commute to Moses Cone. I really enjoyed the location and neighborhood and Daniella and her husband were both very helpful and sweet! I would 100% recommend this place if you are traveling to Greensboro.

Cottage Rental

I stayed in the cottage for a year with Daniella. The place is perfect for travel nurses. 10 minutes from Cone and Wesley long. Right in downtown walking distance, close to everything. They were always helpful with anything I've needed. This was my 3rd stay with them. I've also stayed in the Suite and Studio. It has always been a pleasure staying with them.

My thoughts and feelings

The property was nice and good location. I left the property in good conditions, however $100 was deducted from my deposit. I already payed a cleaning fee so I was confused. It was stated that an additional 4 hours of cleaning was needed which is questionable because I know I left the home is decent conditions. I even took a walk-thru video as I exited the property for my own personal use. She cleans and sanitizes the property herself which is money in her pockets. I understand that but if a cleaning company was contracted, maybe an additional 4hrs of cleaning wouldn't be needed. That was my only issue. ALSO, if you move here for work, be mindful that she will stick to the original leasing agreement, even if something beyond your control happens that requires you to leave prior.That's understandable also but I wanted to let traveling workers be aware of that as well.

Amazing experience here. Very close to downtown Greensboro & all there is to do in the city. D really takes care of you as well.

Such a great place to live! I stayed here for 3 months it's a comfortable home. The owners are very welcoming and friendly. It's close to everything in town, easy to reach. I highly recommend living here.

Excellent Greensboro Stay

This is a cozy, cute, and convenient stay within walking distance to downtown Greensboro. The studio was very spacious and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. D was a great host; she was very responsive and helpful whenever I had any questions. She was even kind enough to shovel and salt the entry way area when it snowed! I highly recommend this studio for anyone staying in the Greensboro area.

Great stay

We stayed for 3 months for a travel contract. D was a great host and very welcoming. The apartment was right downtown so we were able to walk around to various shops that were nearby. Overall great experience!

Excellent location, Very easy to work with

This was an absolutely amazing experience. Very close to the hospitals. I always felt very safe. The owner is very understanding and definitely goes the extra mile. Im very lucky to have been able to stay here!

Awesome place!

This place was AMAZING! Right in the middle of everything I needed and within walking distance of downtown. Only a 7 min drive from Moses cone main campus. Landlady was fantastic, timely, professional, and helpful. Great property, enjoyed my stay!
