Excellent size rooms. Kitchen is perfect for those that love to cook with plenty of counter space. Dining room is quaint with a small desk for work space. Living room has a lovely, relaxing fireplace. Patio space is a great size with a bbq and two tables.

The neighborhood is quiet and most residents in the complex are owners therefore take pride in ownership. A cross the street are two separate adults living communities and are well kept with quiet and respectful tenants. Amazing hostess
I loved my stay. Stefanie is an amazing hostess, very quick and prompt in responding. I asked her about fitness in her complex and they did not have one. They have a fitness center close by. When I reached her home, she had weights kept there for me. Was very touched. She is wonderful to talk to and super nice is accomodating any requests. The unit location is great. Loved the canal close by for walking. Safe neighborhood and carrying treasured memories of my stay there.

Great place!
This property has a great location and very centralized. Great hospitality and yes very clean. I had a construction contract down in Phoenix Arizona that lasted a few months. I really needed a peaceful place to unwind.

We had a great stay here!
This apartment was everything we needed it to be. S was prompt and helpful with anything that came up. The neighbours were all so friendly and the location was central to so much. We would definitely recommend!
