Property is well taken care and Jennifer was super responsive and helpful with answering questions and accommodating requests! Super great location near the Pearl and downtown/Riverwalk, highly recommend!

The house is in an excellent location and safe neighborhood. The space was as pictured and clean. Jennifer was an attentive host and responded very quickly to anything I needed help with.

We spent 3 1/2 months in this lovely property. An abundance of windows give the feeling of being connected to the outside. Then there's the comfy 2nd story porch where you can enjoy the morning sunshine, or find some afternoon shade. The back porch has a great seating group and table, all connected to the well equipped kitchen. Half of this space is covered. You can always choose between sun and shade. Great place to experience the frequent weekend fireworks shows in downtown SA. There are 2 nice bathrooms and 2.5 bedrooms. Very nice stack washer/dryer. Great heat and A/C. it's about 2 blocks to the VIA bus stop that will take you to virtually anywhere for about 3 bucks for a day pass. We could be downtown in about 15 minutes. Great food options on the walkable St. Mary strip. Also, the super popular Pearl district is a short walk from this unit. We would put this apartment at the top of our list for future San Antonio stays. Hope it's available for us!
