Turnkey furnished in-law unit in exclusive...

Princess Treatment

I would 100% recommend this stay to anyone looking for a short term rental. The owners are great people and available if you need anything. It's a perfect space for a traveling healthcare worker. If I come back to Reno, I hope this place is available for me to stay again!

Ideal!

I came to Reno for a healthcare contract, this was a perfect place to stay. Great heating & A/C, nice washer and dryer, plenty of kitchen appliances - I had everything I needed. David is super responsive and helpful, he made everything easy and was a great landlord to work with! The commute to downtown Reno was easy, the neighborhood is quiet and safe. I hope to come back to Reno and this place will be #1 on my list!

Great Landlords and Perfect Setup

I stayed here for one semester during my final semester of college and had a great experience. The unit had everything I needed and was very well equipped, including my own washer and dryer and its own AC and heater, which made it comfortable throughout my stay. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, which made it a great place to study and focus on school. Dave and Jean were very nice and easy to work with. They were responsive and made the whole process smooth. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay.

Fantastic Stay- Highly Recommend!

I stayed here for the summer and loved it! The unit is well-equipped with all the necessary kitchen appliances and a nice washer/dryer. The location was perfect, as it was ~20 min away from downtown Reno and situated in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. I made great use of the Somersett amenities, including the pool, gym, and even the driving range and golf course. Huge thanks to Jean and David (and Flirt!-the dog) for being such warm and welcoming hosts. If I ever return to Reno, Id definitely stay here again!

Perfect spot

This is the perfect spot! Not too far from town but far enough out to avoid the city! Had such a good stay here and had zero issues. The place was quiet and peaceful and had everything I needed! Would definitely stay again if I ever come back to Reno!

Comfortable, good location

This is such a comfortable and well-appointed rental! Great location too, a few miles outside of Reno where you can enjoy the dark sky more. And the landlords, Dave and Jean, are just delightful.
