The property is just as advertised, it is clean and furnished well. The landlord is always quick to respond if I have a question or issue. The move in process was very easy and straight forward. I am a travel nurse at a local hospital and this place was perfect for my needs!

Since I rented the place remotely, I was initially cautiousbut the property exceeded all expectations. It was spotless, secure, and exactly as describedabsolutely no issues and definitely not a scam. Communication was prompt, check-in was smooth, and the overall experience was flawless. A perfect staya perfect property.

I had a great three-month stay at this property with my two dogs, and I highly recommend it! The location is in a safe neighborhood, which gave me a lot of peace of mind throughout my stay. I felt secure walking around at all hours, and the property itself is well-maintained and secure. My experience with booking the property was very smooth. The landlord was responsive and accommodating from the start, and he was also very helpful when I needed to extend my stay at the last minute. He answered all my questions and made the booking process seamless, even though I hadnt seen the space in person before booking. During my stay, whenever I had a question or needed assistance, he was quick to respond and eager to help. Overall, I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a safe, welcoming, and hassle-free rental experience!

The host made move in very easy. The unit is exactly as advertised. Beautiful, private, elegant and everything that the photos show. Thrilled to be staying here for 3 months and would already extend past that, its so good here.

Great property! The area is quiet and so far I have not had any issues with finding parking in the street. There's a gate to get to the units and code for the actual unit. The unit that I'm staying in is very quiet with a nice big screen tv. Such a comfy bed! Great location and even great private outdoor space. 10/10. Definitely recommend.

We are currently staying in the Air location. It is extremely cozy here with a nice little front yard to go with it. I am a travel nurse traveling with my husband, 4 year old daughter and two dogs and my daughter and dogs like to hang out in the front yard during the day. The owner of this place, A, is very welcoming and accommodating to all of our needs and hopes to make sure that everyone staying in the elements is comfortable. There are many convenience stores around here, Sprouts and Target literally down the street for everything you need.

I am loving my new home away from home. Its tastefully decorated with quality furnishings, accent lighting and beautiful art, as well as functional and hospitable with well-though-out fixtures, appliances and very comfortable bedding, The owner is very kind and has taken time to accommodate requests. Ive been walking my dog around the neighborhood and feel safe. There are plenty of quality grocery stores and restaurants close by. I am very comfortable here. Highly recommend. 5 stars!

Such a cute cozy space that I used as a temporary housing situation when moving to LA. The property manager was very responsive when things broke. The neighborhood is very walkable and there are lots of stores/food nearby. Highly recommend!

I am a travel nurse from out of state so I definitely look for very key points to a place when choosing for me and my dog, S. So far, we love it here. It is in a great part of Los Angeles and in a nice and clean neighborhood. The accommodations are exactly as advertised and truly looks like the pictures. I also require a place that is very quiet and have found that here as well. I will definitely be extending here as long as possible.

This place is cute and has all of basics youll need. I am a travel nurse taking a contract nearby and this place was in a nice location. The host is pretty quick to respond and incredibly helpful! Love the private outdoor spaces as well! Would recommend

My first stay with furnished finder (first travel nurse job) and we found the best place. Best bang for tour buck in the area, pet friendly and very polite and responsive host. I only wish the furnished aspect was a little better (more sheets, add some trash cans). But overall love it! Great location and private parking available!
