Amazing find!

This place has exceeded my expectations when it comes to quality, safety, and affordability. (Not to mention style). I feel so lucky to have found this gem in the middle of LA! If you are looking for a great temporary stay that will leave you wondering how it is still available- you have found it!

Cozy Little Unit

Love this little apartment. It has everything you need as traveler from out of state. I roomed in one of the smaller units where the kitchen is outside on the deck. I was sceptical at first, but after living here it is super easy and not inconvenient at all. I'm not a huge cook so it is perfect for my needs. The neighborhood is safe: I run in the mornings, and street parking is plentiful and safe. The inside of the unit has good storage and a nice walk in closet. The bathroom is roomy. Th AC and heater is a nice bonus. The bed is very comfy and nice to have a full size couch in the room too. The patio is pretty large and it"s all enclosed. Most importantly the landlord is very receptive and takes care of any immediate needs/issues in a timely manner. I was very happy to be able to continue to renting through my next contract. The neighborhood as a few things walkable to, a market, 7-11, coffee shop, and a taco restaurant. Definitely enjoying my stay :)

Great Find, Peaceful Location!

I have been staying here for a few months and it has been everything I was hoping for! The property is quiet and very central to a lot of neighborhoods. The property also feels very private, as a woman I appreciate the gated door! My room has everything I need and the property manager is very easy to contact. The location is about a 10 minute walk from some good cafes and restaurants too. If you are looking for a comfortable place to land in LA, this is it!

Great host and location

landlord was very responsive to all needs throughout our stay (we stayed in multiple units) and was very helpful to all our and requests! In the beginning I was apprehensive (never rented on FF) and was paranoid about getting scammed (just reality)- but the host here is solid. The units have all you need to cook, have coffee, watch TV, laundry. While not absolutely perfect and the units do vary, the combo of an attentive host and convenient location make it fair. The neighbors are friendly and keep to themselves. Walking distance to some cafes and a couple small groceries and 7-Elevens. Miracle Mile museums are also within walking/very short drive. Overall safe neighborhood, some disturbances a couple blocks away (unavoidable in the LA metro area). No private garage, but I have never not been able to find a spot. There is a garage about 15 mins walking, you can opt for monthly passes there. Opt for one of the larger units if you’re able to! will be renting here again in the future!

Great space!

Beautiful space to enjoy sunny days in LA! I I had to move last minute due to unexpected circumstances and the owner was super accommodating and helpful. Easy to find street parking nearby. Would recommend!

Exactly what I needed

I've been here for two months and its been the perfect landing spot for me and my dog. The units are super cute, I love my private patio, and the landlord is always very quick to respond to my texts. The other tenants have been nice and respectful too. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a cozy, furnished spot in a central location!

Great Property

The property is just as advertised, it is clean and furnished well. The landlord is always quick to respond if I have a question or issue. The move in process was very easy and straight forward. I am a travel nurse at a local hospital and this place was perfect for my needs!

Since I rented the place remotely, I was initially cautiousbut the property exceeded all expectations. It was spotless, secure, and exactly as describedabsolutely no issues and definitely not a scam. Communication was prompt, check-in was smooth, and the overall experience was flawless. A perfect staya perfect property.

Safe and Comfortable Home Away from Home

I had a great three-month stay at this property with my two dogs, and I highly recommend it! The location is in a safe neighborhood, which gave me a lot of peace of mind throughout my stay. I felt secure walking around at all hours, and the property itself is well-maintained and secure. My experience with booking the property was very smooth. The landlord was responsive and accommodating from the start, and he was also very helpful when I needed to extend my stay at the last minute. He answered all my questions and made the booking process seamless, even though I hadnt seen the space in person before booking. During my stay, whenever I had a question or needed assistance, he was quick to respond and eager to help. Overall, I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a safe, welcoming, and hassle-free rental experience!

Beautiful place, great host

The host made move in very easy. The unit is exactly as advertised. Beautiful, private, elegant and everything that the photos show. Thrilled to be staying here for 3 months and would already extend past that, its so good here.

Great property! The area is quiet and so far I have not had any issues with finding parking in the street. There's a gate to get to the units and code for the actual unit. The unit that I'm staying in is very quiet with a nice big screen tv. Such a comfy bed! Great location and even great private outdoor space. 10/10. Definitely recommend.

Love this spot !!

We are currently staying in the Air location. It is extremely cozy here with a nice little front yard to go with it. I am a travel nurse traveling with my husband, 4 year old daughter and two dogs and my daughter and dogs like to hang out in the front yard during the day. The owner of this place, A, is very welcoming and accommodating to all of our needs and hopes to make sure that everyone staying in the elements is comfortable. There are many convenience stores around here, Sprouts and Target literally down the street for everything you need.

LA ELEMENT HOMES ARE BEAUTIFUL

I am loving my new home away from home. Its tastefully decorated with quality furnishings, accent lighting and beautiful art, as well as functional and hospitable with well-though-out fixtures, appliances and very comfortable bedding, The owner is very kind and has taken time to accommodate requests. Ive been walking my dog around the neighborhood and feel safe. There are plenty of quality grocery stores and restaurants close by. I am very comfortable here. Highly recommend. 5 stars!

Perfect short term space

Such a cute cozy space that I used as a temporary housing situation when moving to LA. The property manager was very responsive when things broke. The neighborhood is very walkable and there are lots of stores/food nearby. Highly recommend!

Landlord is very responsive and accommodating! in a safe location with plenty of street parking and lots of restaurants within walking distance. Very close to a bunch of grocery stores and gyms. good price for the location

Travel Nurse

I am a travel nurse from out of state so I definitely look for very key points to a place when choosing for me and my dog, S. So far, we love it here. It is in a great part of Los Angeles and in a nice and clean neighborhood. The accommodations are exactly as advertised and truly looks like the pictures. I also require a place that is very quiet and have found that here as well. I will definitely be extending here as long as possible.

Great property and landlord. Accommodated all my needs for my stay and made the process as seamless as possible. Utilities all work well and the design/decor made this unit a very comfortable place to be in. Nice location, on a quiet block next to a bustling area. Highly recommend

This place is cute and has all of basics youll need. I am a travel nurse taking a contract nearby and this place was in a nice location. The host is pretty quick to respond and incredibly helpful! Love the private outdoor spaces as well! Would recommend

Really cute with central location

My first stay with furnished finder (first travel nurse job) and we found the best place. Best bang for tour buck in the area, pet friendly and very polite and responsive host. I only wish the furnished aspect was a little better (more sheets, add some trash cans). But overall love it! Great location and private parking available!
