Our wonderful home has 4 beds, 2 baths and is fully furnished. There is a seasonal pool that's available from June to September. There are two fireplaces, and one indoor plus one outdoor BBQ. This unit is typically rented via Airbnb for $2-300 nightly and has a very high occupancy rate throughout the year. We are looking for less turnover with the current state of the pandemic.
