Great Home

My husband and I stayed here for 7 months. The location is wonderful and very safe. Tons of wildlife around the neighborhood and plenty of things to do in the area. The two bedrooms are spacious and the bathroom is nice. Kitchen has all the essentials and is well maintained. Jonni always respected our privacy and has a great personality. She is happy to help and quick to answer. 10/10 would stay here again and recommend to any other travelers.

What a steal!

This space is so big and so beautiful for the monthly price. Absolute steal! I felt like I never wanted to leave the living room with its cozy fire and beautiful view of the mountains. It's cozy, super safe area and quiet neighborhood. Theirs multiple parks walking distance from the house and beautiful trails as well, which my dog greatly appreciated. Not to mention the surprise doggy door leading to the side yard for those super chilly days. You can't go wrong with this house, highly highly recommend.

Great please

I would recommended staying here. It was clean and had an all your basics. The bed is comfortable and there was plenty of storage space. The house was in a nice area. I walked my dog around the culdesac and always felt safe. I had packages delivered and didnt have to worry about them being stolen. It had a great patio/fenced yard for my dog. The landlord N was accommodating and quick to get back to me when I had an issue.

Basement apartment

This apartment has been great. It's much bigger than it seems. We also loved the fact that it has a beautiful view and is very close.to an awesome park! (Ute Park) This is close enough to town but does not have the busy feel. We had our own small basement with laundry facilities, kitchen with huge refrigerator, bedroom and living room . We even had room to store our ebikes. Oh, and can't forget the best part, our HUGE patio. The landlord N is very easy to deal with and very nice. We had Zero complaints
