The Perfect Stay

From start to finish, my 6-month experience here was lovely. This studio is spacious and equipped with everything you could need - fully stocked kitchen, great extra storage, W/D, AC, sheets, towels, heat, grill, lounge chairs, outdoor space. The wifi is strong! Which is great for streaming and remote work. The unit is so cozy and beautifully decorated, with lots of natural light. The surrounding neighborhood is gorgeous, very safe, and quiet/peaceful. It is also super convenient to highway access, the beach, and lots of shopping. My time here has been really special.The landlords are wonderful people who truly care about their tenants. Such respectful, kind and attentive people that I now call dear friends. I would HIGHLY recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking!

Perfect Furnished Studio

This studio has everything you need for a comfortable short (or longer) term stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, the furniture has plenty of hidden storage, washer and dryer in the unit, A/C and heating, great WiFi for remote workers, and plenty of bed linens and towels. The apartment is exactly as pictured and gets a lot of natural light. The neighborhood is very safe and quite and conveniently located right next to the highway so you can get mostly anywhere in North SD county in minutes. The best part of the apartment are the landlords. They are super attentive to anything I needed or any questions. They truly have made my stay here so enjoyable that my original 4 month stay has turned into an indefinite stay. I would highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for a furnished apartment as it is truly the most comfortable furnished apartment Ive had.

Amazing people

This unit is super comfortable and in a very safe location very close to Leucadia. The landlords can not be any nicer and made me feel at home always. If I could give more stars I would, they went above and beyond to accommodate me during my brief stay in Encinitas. Its has all the amenities you need, great spot!

Encinitas Studio

This beautiful, peaceful, and convenient property is located close to local hospitals, the beach and a local park. Along with a shopping center that has anything you could need from groceries to retail stores nearby. The interior is sparkling clean, the exterior has a cozy patio that is a great place to relax and read or BBQ. The landlords are amazing, friendly, and a great local resource on all things hip in the neighborhood. I would highly recommend this property to anyone passing through north county.
