Two cute private bedrooms (each about 150-200 sq ft) in a shared living situation in my home. My rental space includes the downstairs bedroom(s), a bathroom and living room (shared if the two rooms are rented separately). Kitchen (upstairs) and laundry are shared communally with me. You are welcome to hang out in my yard as well - I keep a great garden with a patio and inviting hammock when it's not winter :)
Neighborhood overview
I adore my quiet residential neighborhood! I am comfortable heading out for a walk or a run at any given time, day or night :) Walking distance to groceries, parks, and restaurants. Close to downtown Sugarhouse, the University of Utah, the foothills (hiking!), and downtown SLC. Easy freeway access for adventures farther afield - including skiing.

Great Place to Stay!
I stayed with Jen while completing a four month internship in Salt Lake City. Jen is extremely hospitable and would always ask if I needed anything to make my stay better and would include me in anything she had going on at the house. The room and the bathroom downstairs are very clean and private. There is also a nice extra living area in the basement that you can just hang out in. The house is in a great area in Sugar House with plenty to do nearby. I would definitely recommend staying here! Thanks Jen!

Lovely home, lovely host
I spent two months with J and her daughter who were so welcoming. J is a very attentive and accommodating host but also a great resource for all things Salt Lake City and the surrounding beautiful national parks. My room was spacious and clean, with a closet and dresser. The bed was a futon but I had no issues with it. The downstairs area gets a bit chilly but she has a nice little heater that worked wonders. Clean bathroom, with a small shower but also no problems with it. D the dog and Miko the cat were very sweet and friendly. Backyard is gorgeous with plenty of seating options. Overall wonderful experience. I loved J and her friends and family and would most definitely stay here again!

Cozy Stay in a Lovely Environment!
Where to begin? I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely property, and I cannot sing its praises enough! From the moment I arrived until the day I reluctantly checked out and left Salt Lake City, my experience was absolutely fantastic. First and foremost, the house was well taken care of. It was warm and inviting. The space was tidy and provided a sense of comfort and relaxation throughout my stay. The location of the property was absolutely perfect for exploring Salt Lake City. Sugarhouse is such a special little area in the city. The neighborhood felt safe, quiet, and welcoming. Whether I wanted to immerse myself in the city, or enjoy some nature trails, everything was just a stone's throw away. And the host, what a fabulous and communicative host! I had such a positive experience. Highly highly recommend staying here!
