Beyond wonderful!

I loved my time here at the cottage, what a truly special place. It is wonderfully decorated and provides everything and anything you might need. The cottage is a great property in a great location and neighborhood. The beach is only a few blocks away and ample restaurants in every direction. Janet is a wonderful landlordkind, attentive, and responsive. She has created such a beautiful place to live and call home away from home.

A Beautiful Sanctuary!

I cannot say enough positive praise about this beautiful Sanctuary of a cottage. Everything my heart needed to feel safe and loved during my travel contract in the San Diego area. The birds fill the garden, the energy of the space is so cozy, the sunlight is warmth that fills the air, and to top it off, the amazing and loving landlord who is so great with communicating and making you feel right at home! My time spent here was perfect. Walks to the beach were apart of my morning and evening routine. Coffee shops and market are walking distance, along with the cutest neighborhood with friendly faces. The area is quiet, safe, and welcoming. I will forever cherish the memories created in this exceptionally and highly recommended cottage I called home for 6-months!

Perfect stay

This is truly a special place to live. I enjoyed my stay so much I extended for another 3 months and was very sad to leave. J is an incredibly responsive and helpful host, I had zero issues during my six month stay. I would recommend this cottage to anyone.

As a solo traveler this cozy cottage has been an absolutely amazing property to call home for a little while and I am so sad to be leaving! The PB area is so much fun and being just a couple blocks from the beach, nightly sunsets quickly became my favorite thing to do! The property manger was always so kind and willing to help with anything you might need! Its truly been a dream location and I couldnt recommend it more!

Perfect Find in North PB!

I have completely loved staying at this property and I am so sad to leave! The house itself has everything you may need, in a fantastic neighborhood steps from the beach! The surrounding area has everything you may need and the home's garden area was also a plus. The owner was always very kind, flexible, and quickly responsive to any needs. I was able to extend my lease twice after my travel nurse contract got extended. The house is very well-kept and clean and I always felt safe living alone in the neighborhood. Would highly recommend!

Perfect place by the beach

Sad to be leaving this beach cottage, so cozy and stylish. Perfect for a solo traveler hoping to live close to the beach. Walking distance to the main streets of PB but area directly around the cottage is quiet and safe. Storage closet and private garden area were a great bonus. Landlord was always quick to respond. Really will miss living here.

The Cottage is an oasis in sunny PB, every travelers dream location. Just a few blocks from the ocean, I walked down to the beach every chance I had. The garden allows for all day lounging as the birds sing. It is a special little spot, well tended by the property manager. The cottage has everything you may need and more. It is a perfect find with exquisite hospitality provided. The property manager was more than willing to make special accommodations and was extremely prompt to help solve any issues that arose. I enjoyed my stay at the cottage so much I choose to extend my stay an extra few months.
