New Luxury 2 BR Apartment, includes secured parking space

M and R were wonderful landlords, really kind and had absolutely no issues with them. They were quick to respond to a text and addressed anything I brought up. I stayed for a year at their unit. The amenities are really nice with a really nice bathroom and spacious bedrooms, as well as a living room area with a kitchen space. The kitchen has a good size fridge and freezer for one person, a really nice convection oven and stovetop. I had brought up to them that cooking with the original one in the unit was hard to they provided a brand new stovetop that worked wonderfully! Overall I was very happy with the space. Having the garage parking is a great addition if you need it but there is street parking otherwise. I would only note that the unit does get a little cold in the winter but the space heater worked fine. Also you do hear walking and talking upstairs but that just comes with a basement apartment. Overall happy with my one year here! Thanks again M and R!

R and M were very gracious hosts. We were traveling nurses staying at their property and had a very good experience. Their place was clean and quiet! There was also parking available if you are bringing a car which we really appreciated. I could not recommend this property enough!

I stayed at this unit from the beginning of November to the beginning of Feb. The unit is huge for a single person. Everything you need is available in the unit, such as cookware, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster oven, and dual burner stovetop. Bedrooms are very cozy and plenty of storage space. TV has every subscription service that you may need. Bathroom is spacious enough for one person and their toiletries. There is available parking in the back, but street parking is not difficult to look for, even in the winter. The owners of the house are very approachable if anything else is needed. I would definitely say here again if I had the opportunity!
