Cozy Home in WB close to All Hospitals

I had an excellent 9 month stay here. The LL P is very welcoming, friendly, and easy-going. Your stay will also depend on the other tenants but I found the home to be quiet with everything that I needed. I had no trouble using the kitchen when I needed to. The neighborhood is in a safe area and it is a short distance from UMass Memorial as well as a variety of other hospitals. Off-street parking. P always went out of his way to check on his tenants. The home is clean. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs with a shared bathroom as well as 2 upstairs + the LL and a bathroom when I stayed there!

Excellent Budget Stay

P does an excellent job of ensuring his guests' needs are adequately addressed. He keeps the place tidy, runs the dishwasher every night, and cleans the bathrooms regularly. Washer/Dryer are conveniently located in the basement. The 2 cats & dog make excellent company when the house is quiet. When my contract offered an extensention, there's no way I could have extended without living there. Thank you P!

Feels like home

All the necessities are here, the location is great and it's all hassle free. However the owner here is what made my stay. So attentive, friendly, and accommodating. I just felt welcomed from time I arrived until i made it home safe. It's the little things that make a great stay and this was phenomenal. Couldn't ask for more.
