Peaceful Property

I lived here for two years while I worked in Spokane. Originally I rented the house for one year but when I had the opportunity to work another year in the area I extended my lease without hesitation! I absolutely loved the location and how close I was to every part of Spokane. The house had everything I needed and anytime an issue popped up Paula and Corey were super responsive and quick to help. They were always friendly and easy to communicate with. The fenced in backyard was perfect for my dogs! The landscaping made the yard feel so relaxing to come home to after a long day at work. I felt safe living here and in the neighborhood. I would have loved to keep staying here if I didn't end up moving back home after my work contract finished.

Lovely property

I stayed here while on assignment at Providence Sacred Heart. I enjoyed my stay, this place was perfect for myself and my 2 dogs. The dogs really enjoyed the fenced in yard and I was able to use the garage for my car which was a plus. The home has everything that you need. P was a wonderful landlord, she answered all of my questions promptly.
