Old Cloverdale House
This is a wonderful accommodation for travelling professionals: historic district location, quiet, safe, with security-alarm system Ring (3 security cameras), well-insulated, warm in winter and cool when it's hot outside- energy efficient, flat screen TV in every room, plenty closet spaces, 7 minutes from Baptist Health South MedCenter, in a close proximity to the great grocery store Publix and the pharmacy Walgreens/CVS, a convenient driveway to park a car away from the road, a regular yard service. The owners are quickly responsive, literally available 24/7 meeting the tenant's needs, and solving any problems efficiently.
