Amazing place

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place and the hosts. The location is close and convenient to so many amenities but tucked into a quiet tropical paradise. Very safe and friendly neighborhood. The apartment has been impeccably decorated with high end fixtures and furnishings. The kitchen has everything you could need. The bathroom space is huge with a rainwater shower head. The bed is huge and so very comfortable, the front room is fitted out with comfortable reclining couch and a huge desk that looks out to the beauty of Florida. I loved doing art and business here. I am a night nurse and slept peacefully during the day. The patio is so beautifully decorated and inviting. The butterfly garden is so peaceful and one of my favorite places to unwind. The best part of this rental are the owners. What an amazing couple, I am so blessed to have met them, they made me feel like family. They have done such an amazing job of making this space a home while away from home.

This is a wonderful place to stay and I would give it 10 stars if possible! Everything in the apartment is super nice. The owners take great pride in making sure everything is perfect. I loved living here so much that I extended for an extra 3 months. The owners are very nice and will do everything they can to assure you are comfortable. Its close to several hospitals in the area. The neighborhood is nice and safe. You truly won't be disappointed if you stay here. I'm just hoping I can find a place this nice again in my travels.

Hidden Gem in Melbourne

The property itself is exceptionally nice and the hosts are warm and inviting. There's a courtyard full of beautiful plants that leads to the door of your suite. I was surprised at how homey a rental property could feel. There is a full kitchen and many kitchen accessories all for your personal use. The bathroom was nice with a waterfall shower something I had not experienced in a rental property prior. The living room is quite large and cozy. The couch was very comfortable and on my days off I could easily sit on the couch and watch the TV for hours. The furniture is of quite a high quality and art adorns the walls to make it feel like a home. The bedroom itself is quite nice and the sleep number bed is another thing I hadn't experienced in a rental property before. All in all, the property was amazing. You share a wall with the hosts, but don't worry they're not loud at all. I was sold on the first day and the cherry on top was a personalized message welcoming me to the home.

Piazza West is the Best!!

If you are coming to work in this area, staying here is your best choice. Close and easy drive to any of the hospitals. Quiet landlords and neighborhood for night shift workers. Landlords are also so kind and respectful!! A quick drive has you close to stores, restaurants and beach access. Clean and beautiful, enough space/storage and has everything you would need.
