Great stay!

I had a great stay at Jennifer's place. Came well furnished with everything you could think of which is perfect for a traveler! She was very responsive with any needs and took care of things in a timely manner. Great location. Only thing that may be my personal preference would be the black painted bathroom which made it a little difficult to see so it could use a little more lighting or re-paint. Nothing a clear shower curtain cant fix. Other than that, no complaints! Definitely recommend staying here for a comfortable stay!

Great Find!

J was responsive and easy to get in touch with when a need arose. The place was clean and decorated well. The kitchen was fully stocked with frequently used items. W/D and dishwasher all worked well. The location was perfect for getting around town, and less than 10min from Kootenai Health. I felt safe in the neighborhood as a solo female traveler.

A Fantastic Place to Stay

We stayed at this wonderful property for 2 months while we were transitioning for a move. The location was was central to everything in the area, the unit was nicely furnished/decorated and well updated! The apartment was also pet friendly, which for us was a huge plus for us! The owner J was extremely nice, and accommodating. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in CDA! Thanks again for everything J!!

My roommate and I loved staying here. J was AMAZING. She was always just a text away and would respond quickly! She was also very accommodating and helpful. The home was clean and located in a great spot for commuting to KMC! The neighborhood was also safe and we never had any issues. We would definitely stay again if were ever back in CDA!

Super Convenient and Comfortable

J unit was spotless, cozy, and nicely decorated -- the unit is extremely close to everything and it has everything you'll need. Jennifer was quick to respond to any of my concerns and questions. She's a fabulous host. You'll appreciate the extra comfortable beds, access to an excellent washer & dryer, and fast internet. I work remotely, so high-speed internet was a must and I didn't have any connection issues. I would stay here again if I have the chance.

Great location, lovely home

This was a great place to stay. Very close to the hospitals, quiet street, very cozy inside. J was a great host, very responsive and available, and always willing to make sure my stay was perfect. The kitchen is the best stocked kitchen I have ever had, which was really nice for someone who likes to cook a lot. J has thought of everything you might need. Having a garage was also very nice to keep my car and bike protected. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!
