Great location

I really enjoyed my stay here and would use again if I am ever back in the area. The off street parking spot was great and I enjoyed having my own washer and dryer. Well sticked with supplies and kitchen needs.

This is a great space with absolutely all the essentials - very homey, clean, and well equipped. Walking distance to the bay and downtown restaurants. Landlord is super responsive. The porch is especially nice in the summer. Enjoyed our stay very much and will be missing the comfy beds.

A no brainer!

The unit itself is a rare find in the area. It was fully furnished, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was complete with everything you needed not to mention the rental is very clean! The unit is very close to downtown Coos Bay so youre literally a few minutes walk or drive to restaurants and other great places. I would 100% rent this place again if I get another job assignment in the area.

Great Experience, Easy Pick

Staying in this apartment was a great experience. I stayed here while doing a contract in Reedsport (30 - 35 min drive). It is right next to downtown with a lot of great access. Gyms, groceries and restaurants are all nearby. The owner is very reliable, easy to talk to and always happy to help. Everything is brand new. So, you know that it's clean and updated. Overall, it's an easy choice and a safe option. I would rent here again if I did another contract in the area.

I stayed here for 2 weeks this summer while on an Oregon road trip. It's perfect for going both North and South! Bandon Beach is close by, or you can go North to Florence, Newport, tons of places to go for a nice day trip. The drive along the Oregon coast is absolutely beautiful. The location of the property is excellent, you can walk or ride your bike all around town. The gym is basically next door, there are bars and restaurants that are very close, the waterfront is nearby, Cape Arago is a short drive. The apartment itself is brand new, fully furnished, has the most comfortable beds, lots of natural light, new appliances, smart TV, laundry, it has everything you need, and more. I highly recommend staying here and I can't wait to come back. M was super friendly, instructions were very straightforward, I cannot wait to come back and stay here again.
