Wendy is a responsive landlord, and assures you have what you need. The apartment and its area is as described. This was my first stay in NM and even though it's not my scene, I liked that everything I needed was within a few miles. All the natural light and watching the sunset from the living room couch was a bonus.

Large, secure apartment with everything you need

We stayed here for a few months over the summer, and we had a great experience and enjoyed being centrally located. Wendy was a very responsive host and was always asking if we needed anything! We always felt safe inside the apartment and had no issues parking our car outside the gated area. The kitchen is stocked with all the basics and the apartment gets a lot of natural light. This is a great option if you're looking for a place for a few months!

First off let me say I think W. undersells this place. Driving in you will certainly see some homeless people but I lived there 5 months with a brand new Ford Bronco parked out front and never felt unsafe. The apartment is behind a locked gate and up stairs and the neighbors are really nice and help keep an eye on things. The apartment is comfortable and well furnished and W. is a wonderfully responsive landlord who is also your nextdoor neighbor. I felt like the location was perfect for me. It's an easy 10-15 minute drive from the main hospitals depending on which way you go and it is very close to the fancy Uptown shopping district. I plan to come back to Albuquerque in the future and if this apartment is available I will jump on it. I loved working and living in Albuquerque and I think a lot of that was having such a great place to call home while I was there.

This property is strategically located in Albuquerque for any medical professional to be able to have a good place to stay. Everything you need is located near by. W made sure I had everything I needed for a great stay. I would definitely come here again in the future!
