Great location

I stayed here while working at Kadlec. Super close and an easy walk to the hospital. The landlords were great with communications. The back yard was a lovely way to spend an evening. The home was super clean and well furnished. I would stay there again.

I had a great experience with my stay here. This rental is walking distance to Kadlec hospital. Communication with the landlord was easy and clear. I stayed from August-October, which are some of the hottest months. There was AC in the living room, but none in the bedrooms. This was helped by the tower fans that were provided. All of the amenities needed for cooking, cleaning, etc were provided.

Had a very great experience with our stay here! The whole property was very clean and organized. Check in and check out process was super easy too. Would recommend to anyone looking for a stay in the area!

Great location for working at hospital

I stayed here for several months while working 26 week travel nursing contract at Kadlec. The location is perfect. The house is furnished and clean. Landlords are accommodating and communication was easy.

Comfortable, clean w/ great landlords!

Newly remodeled, nicely furnished townhouse that is SUPER conveniently located in Richland. There was ample kitchenware and nice quality bedding and linens. They even bought a printer in case we need it. Anything I ever needed was already furnished and any questions I ever had where promptly addressed. There is new flooring basement with plenty of room to do yoga/exercise. The neighborhood is safe and very centrally located, with a beautiful park across the street It was a great "home away from home" during my extended travel contract.
