Peaceful private studio with garden oasis

I stayed in the studio for 6 weeks while on rotation in Whittier. The studio has a private entrance and view of a peaceful lush garden with many beautiful plants and fruit trees. The location was extremely quiet and safe in a residential neighborhood with close access to the 605N/S freeway. The space was very clean and offers private bathroom with shower, kitchen with full sized fridge, gas stovetop and appliances like air fryer and microwave, driveway parking, and easy access to washer/dryer in the main house. Host D was the kindest and most accommodating landlord. She frequently checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable during my stay, and also offered suggestions for sightseeing in the area. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking for housing in this area and would love to stay again in the future if I return to LA.

Cozy and accomodating

D was extremely accomodating. The space is nice and cozy for 1 or 2. Comfy bed, big TV, not the biggest of kitchens but she provides more than enough gadgets to cook. Plenty of pricacy, I always left the front door open for some extra fresh air. Laundry is located in the main house, so youll have to arrange that with Dianne or her son. The place is kind of secluded and a bit further from work than I thought it would be. D was super nice and told me if I ever needed to go or found something closer to work that I was more than welcome to go and wasnt obligated to stay. She promptly refunded me for whatever days I didnt stay and didnt even take a cleaning fee. Anyone interested in any of her properties should go for it without any hesitations.

Cozy Little Studio

This little studio was nice and cozy, prefect for the traveler. It's private, has a gas range, full fridge, queen bed, and full bathroom. The couch also pulls out as a bed. The unit is about 25 minutes outside of LA & Anaheim; I was able to visit Universal Studios & Disneyland while here that's how close you are to everything. I worked at Emanate Health in West Covina which was less than a 20 minute drive in the morning. Diane and her family were very friendly, responsive to any concerns, and just an all around fair and pleasant person to rent from. I would highly recommend and would return if and when I come back to the area. Thank you for the great stay Diane.

Loved it!

I loved staying here! D was very professional while being incredibly friendly! It was the perfect balance between tenant and family. The house was incredibly quiet. Tons of parking. The people in the main house were amazing! I loved having my own space and entrance. I felt safe in the neighborhood and got to know a few of the amazing neighbors. The property was very well maintained. The backyard felt like my own oasis. I embarrassingly locked myself out twice and had someone there almost immediately. I ended up getting a cancelled contract there and D worked with me. My deposit was returned next day. Zero street or neighborhood noise. I would stay in the house again. Its close to so many hospitals.

Pico Riveria Stay

This was one of my best stays with Furnished Finder. The hosts were amazing! Always available to anything I may need and prompt if anything needed tending to. The room was incredibly spacious and it was private so it was the prefect place to go to after a long day. You have your own kitchenette, refrigerator and everything you need for meals and the larger kitchen was available for use as well. Shared bathroom and washer/dryer is steps from the mini-studio which I had no issues with. The area is easily accessible to the freeway, shops and stores. If I am ever in the LA area again, I would absolutely stay again!
