M was a great Landlord. Very easy to talk with and always there to help with anything. He Wallys kept up on the Hot Tub maintenance and communicated very well. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Beautiful house with all the perks in a lovely neighborhood. Personal hot tub, movie room, fenced in (and turfed) backyard, pool, and fitness center all included. M was really accommodating and flexible, he was willing to work with our schedule and super responsive. Great host and wonderful property.

Highly enjoyed our stay! Neighborhood was safe and well kept. Enjoyed the many amenities of the home and neighborhood. Very comfortable, close to lots of stores and parks, and truly felt like a home away from home. Mike was very accommodating and a wonderful host. Can not say enough positive things about our stay here!

Great property! I really enjoyed staying here. The property was clean and tidy. Everything in the apartment was up to date and nicely decorated, its a great atmosphere! Also its in a central location close by to plenty of grocery stores fast food and other amenities. Furthermore its in a gated community which gave me piece of mind. *from this property to CMC was roughly 20-25mins

A Quality Gem

Great home! I actually lived/ rented a room from M for over 4 years. The place has always been kept tidy, and always respected each others space. I am moving out as he purchased another home and hes renting the entire house out vs just a room. I wish him luck in the future and you wont regret your choice living here, the amenities in the community plus in the home are be hard to beat. Gated safe community and centralized location to Charlotte so its close to everything. Hes a great guy and Landlord!
