Highly recommend

I had the pleasure of renting this space for several months while I was house hunting in Denver. I couldn't have asked for a better place to lay my head. The location was top notch - quiet while also being walking distance to shops, restaurants, parks. The space itself was bright, comfortable, and perfectly appointed for a long term stay. Last but not least, Bart and Allyson were warm and welcoming. Get yourself in this space sooner, if not later. You won't regret it.

Best Rental I Have Ever Stayed In

I stayed in Allyson and Bart's lovely over-garage apartment for almost 2 years as I could not find anything comparable. Space: The bright lights, large windows and high ceilings made an already well-sized apartment feel even larger. Well appointed: The bed, kitchen and appliances were top notch. Heating and Cooling: A must in Denver, heat exchange units in both rooms combined with under-floor heating to ensure the apartment was always comfortable. Responsive Landlords: Bart and Allyson were highly responsive and available to fix any small issues that came up. Neighborhood: Highlands was the perfect place for me with nearby restaurants, cafes, grocery stores etc and there are bike/run routes nearby. Centrally located close to the major two road arteries (I25 and I70), it allowed me quick access to the mountains and work on either end of Denver. The neighborhood felt family friendly, quiet and safe. I could not recommend this place or the hosts more highly!

The best place in Denver!!!

This place was amazing in every way! Staying here for 4 months was not long enough! B and A made us feel so welcome, and were always there if we needed anything. They went above and beyond to make this place fell like home away from home during my travel journey. If I every were to travel back in the Denver area I would have to get this place! They are great hosts and I couldnt say anything but amazing things about them and their place! 5 stars isnt enough!!!
