Great Location/Great Landlord

Awesome place - cozy, all furnishings included, super convenient location in West Denver close to freeways and Alemeda and Federal. It's really easy to get anywhere from here and it's nice being on the West side of town for access to Mountains. Barnum Park is north about a 15 minute walk, easy to take a bike and connect to the river which connects to bike lanes around the city. C is a super quiet, honest and respectful landlord, very responsive and reasonable as well. Rapidly addresses any issues and always responds quickly to questions. For the price you can't beat the value in location to high level Asian and Hispanic food, access to what Denver has to offer and for the utilities, internet and subscriptions included. Great place - I loved staying there and would have remained but wanted to stay in Denver long term and wanted my own stuff to live in aka bed, couch, art etc...highly recommend!!!

Amazing spot

I loved living at this spot. C is super laid back and easy to coordinate/communicate with. The house it stocked with everything you need, including all kitchenware. It has off street parking and a super cozy and electic vibe. I never ended up needing the second bedroom so I moved to something smaller, but if it had not been for that- I would have stayed here as long as possible.

Great Place

My wife and I stayed here for 6 months and absolutely loved it. This is the best apartment we have stayed at while doing travel nursing. It is completely private and gets a lot of natural light throughout the day. We loved the open floor plan and the large kitchen. The beds are comfy and the bathroom is also pretty big. C is a great landlord that you will likely not hear from him unless you reach out but is very responsive when contacted. If you need an accommodation, he will try to make it happen. We had to leave a bit early and C was super understanding. The neighborhood is nice and there is a close by trail that leads straight to the city. If we return to Denver we would love to stay here again.

Really nice little house!

My little family needed a last minute place to stay for a couple weeks after our plans suddenly changes. C was able to accommodate us and helped us tremendously! The house was cozy, comfortable and quiet. It is conveniently located near to downtown and the highways. Would highly recommend!
