Cozy/comfortable apt and Fantastic landlord

Stayed in this apt studio for a 9-month contract and truly enjoyed it!! The studio is very comfortable and offers all the essentials and amenities needed. All appliances were clean and everything was in good working condition! Brittany, the landlord, is very prompt at responding to messages and was very easy to communicate with, if ever needed anything. Located in a quiet neighborhood, very family and pet friendly, dog park within walkable distance, and close to local stores, restaurants, etc! As a frequent traveler, my dog and I always enjoy staying in a place that make us feel right at home! All in all, this is a comfortable apt studio with plenty of storage space. The apt offered everything one should expect in a mid-term rental and you can count on your landlord to respond to your needs in a timely manner. I would absolutely recommend and would stay again if I take another assignment in MD!
