The Magical Casa del Mar

The Pool House at Villa Del Mar is a magical place full of many comforts, great neighbors, and a pool in which many happy hours were spent. A serene vibration is produced by the circulation of the water on the slide, the beautiful plant-life, and umbrella-clad tables. There is also a hot tub and outdoor shower, which is heated. The pool house is spacious and cozy with great wifi and a comfy bed. The house is a mere few blocks from the beach and stunning forests of Eucalyptus and Redwood trees. We rode our e-bike everywhere. It is a sad wrench to leave this wondrous place behind. To the lucky new tenants, we wish you joy at the Magical Casa Del Mar.

Shangri La At The Beach

I worked in the area on a nursing contract. In the past I always stayed at a Marriott Residence Inn and I had some reservations about staying in a personal residence. This ADU surpassed all my expectations and then some. First and foremost the Host JS is a wonderful person and was available for any questions concerning the area and anything else needed. The stay was without any issues or concerns. The property is gorgeous and located on a beautiful golf course which is very quiet. The beach is down the street and the weather was fantastic. The unit has everything you need and then some. The bathroom is large and gorgeously tiled including heated floors which helped in the winter. The neighborhood is filled with wonderful people that walk their dogs and actually wave and say hello. At the end of the street there is a market, bank, CVS along with several restaurants which proved to be very convenient. I can not say enough about the host and the property. Don't miss this property!!!

A beautiful house and a quiet ambience.

The house was very quiet, peaceful and was privacy. The owner is good and welcoming. She was always there to help out in case of any problem. The house was exactly the way it was described in the advertisement. The entire house is furnished, there is internet access and cable TV, there is private entrance, the bathroom and kitchen are very clean, and there is a swimming pool for those who love swimming. Overall, I enjoyed my stay there at the house and felt at home and I would not hesitate to recommend this beautiful place for your future stay. In fact, if I get another opportunity to go to work in Santa Cruz, I would love to live there again.
