This was the perfect place for me! Close to Richmond hospitals, closest to VCU, but I worked at Chippenham and the commute was no problem! The space was the perfect size for me. There was a private entrance with a code for the lock on the door. And it would chime when opened which was nice added security. There was everything I needed. A couch and tv, bed, kitchenette with a microwave, sink, mini fridge. Great bathroom. Literally exactly as the pictures show. The owner is always available via text, and gives great local recommendation for food! 100% would rent again!

Im a CRNA and recent empty nester. I have a newly renovated home in a wonderful location in Church Hill. I have been renting out my basement for several years to a few travel professionals as well as a long term student. You will have access to the upstairs laundry, back yard with new fire pit table and the upstairs kitchen with notice if you need more than whats available downstairs.
